Township Hall Reorganized
In preparing to better serve the public, the Township has begun to set up formal offices. They will be very sparse at first but have begun to function as a place of business. The response has been very good so far with a great number of people stopping by, looking in, getting assistance, or paying taxes. We invite everyone to stop by, come in, say hello and see some of the changes (although minor) that are happening! (The kitchen is going away and will be a records storage area and office. The old stage area is now offices for the Treasurer and the Assessor. There are real computers and real people moving around!) The Hall was built in 1918 and is continuing to serve the Township well. We are currently seeing more activity in this building per week that has taken place over a number of months in previous years. Let us know what you think?
